OMEN Re-Awaken To An "Eternal Black Dawn"!

December 24, 2001

Classic US metallers OMEN are currently in the studio recording their eagerly-anticipated follow-up to Reopening The Gates, entitled Eternal Black Dawn. The group's first CD with new vocalist Kevin Goocher, Eternal Black Dawn is tentatively scheduled to be mixed in January for a late spring release through an as-yet-undetermined record company. According to guitarist/founder Kenny Powell, we have not settled on a label yet, we have several offers from European labels but hope to land a worldwide deal with one of the bigger labels. We will do some shopping when the CD is finished. On the live front, we will be heading a show in Athens, Greece on March 10th, 2002, it should be a hell of a time!!!! The plan right now is to try and play several shows in the US this spring and head to Germany early next summer.
